Transforming wound care

June 25th, 2010 by Damon

Delivering effective campaigns for any product or service is a source of great pleasure here at Madhouse. After all, it’s what we’re good at. However, when that product is one that can transform the experience of people with serious medical conditions – well, that gives us an extra glow of satisfaction.

For well over a year now we have been working with ConvaTec, a global developer and manufacturer of specialist medical products. Our first project with ConvaTec was to produce an interactive global marketing campaign for Hydrofiber®, a patented technology that’s used in a family of advanced wound dressings. It’s clever stuff, but put simply, dressings that contain Hydrofiber® gel on contact with fluid, creating environments that can be conducive to healing.

For both patients and clinicians alike, Hydrofiber® is a great leap forward, and our mission was to make sure the brand was supported by a campaign that matched the significance of the product itself.

Our ‘Transforming wound care’ campaign has now been rolled out internationally, covering everything from a logo and brand identity to a website, emailers, digital banners, brochures, advertising, training aids and much more… all the elements you’d expect from a fully integrated, global campaign.

And does it work? Of course it does!

ConvaTec’s sales teams have reported that the materials are just what they need, and Madhouse continues to work hard on behalf of the company, creating campaigns to support many of its other innovative products.

Take a look at our Hydrofiber® case study.
